We're thrilled to share that our CEO, Malury Imbernon, had the privilege of serving as a panelist at the 2025 Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Success Summit, held August 18-19 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. As part of the opening panel sponsored by the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready program and featuring representatives from SBDC and Verizon, Malury had the opportunity to represent small business success stories and share insights from our company's entrepreneurial journey.
About the Florida SBDC Success Summit
The Florida SBDC Network's fourth annual Small Business Success Summit brings together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and industry experts with a clear mission: to provide small businesses with the resources needed to reach new limits and encourage success and growth. This two-day event featured keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and valuable networking opportunities designed to help attendees walk away with actionable strategies and meaningful connections.
Representing Success Stories
As the sole small business owner on the panel, Malury had the unique responsibility of representing not only Florida but all small businesses across the nation. As a Latina, minority, and woman-owned business in the entertainment industry, she brought a distinctive perspective to the conversation alongside industry leaders from SBDC and Verizon. She discussed the real challenges, genuine triumphs, and hard-earned lessons learned on the journey of building and growing a small business. The panel provided an invaluable platform for Malury to share authentic experiences with aspiring entrepreneurs and established business owners who are navigating similar paths.
The opening panel format allowed for dynamic conversation between SBDC representatives, Verizon Small Business Digital Ready program partners, and Malury as the voice of small business success stories. It was both an honor and a significant responsibility for our CEO to be the singular representative of the small business community at such an important industry event.
